I’ve spent more than ten years working in e-commerce, across the commercial and operational decisions that shape how an online store performs.
My experience includes planning commercial campaigns, managing product categories and shaping on-site merchandising: what to promote, how products are organised, and how they’re presented to customers.
Combined with my background in web development and design, this gives me both a commercial and technical perspective. I look at how the plan translates into the store experience, then help identify what’s working, where the opportunities are, and what to improve next.
BizzUp is my personal brand. I’ve built it as a brand because I naturally think in scalable terms, and I want it to grow with the work and the businesses it supports.
